Letter of intent for fundraising – SAFEKEEPER (BSA AIR)
I, the undersigned, Marie-Charlotte Prudent, CEO and co-founder of SafeKeeper, hereby declare my intention to carry out a fundraising round through BSA Air (Bon de Souscription d’Actions - Accord d’Investissement Rapide, a French convertible equity instrument similar to a SAFE), as part of the development of our secure storage app for PLEVs (bikes, e-scooters, etc.).
SafeKeeper addresses a major challenge in sustainable urban mobility by offering a simple, human, local and secure solution for parking and storing your vehicle. Our ambition is to make SafeKeeper a European benchmark for sustainable urban mobility.
To support our commercial launch, our marketing strategy and our technical development,
we are raising €200,000 in the form of BSA Air, with a valuation cap of €2.5M and a discount of 20%.
We want to bring on board committed investors who care about environmental and social impact and are keen to help a key player in the urban sharing economy emerge.
